Accommodation and campaigning: Government accommodations should not be monopolised by the ruling party or its candidates. Using them for campaign purposes is also prohibited. 5. Avoidance of partisan coverage: Advertisements at the cost of public exchequer in media are prohibited during the election period. Misuse of official mass media for partisan coverage of political news is strictly avoided.
